Account Information
- Email address and password (hashed)
- Subscription tier and billing information (processed by Stripe)
Usage Data
- API requests: origin/destination cities, equipment types, query parameters
- Dashboard interactions and feature usage patterns
- IP address, browser type, device information
Receipt Chain Data
- Every API response generates receipt_id and auth_obj_id
- Receipt records contain skill invoked, input parameters, output data, timestamps, data source versions
- Receipt chains retained indefinitely for auditability
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Personal freight contracts or invoices
- Carrier-specific rate agreements
- Individual shipments or loads
3. How We Use Information
- Service delivery: rate lookups, forecasts, market analysis
- Account management: authentication, billing, tier enforcement
- Service improvement: analyzing usage patterns
- Communication: rate alerts, account notifications
- Legal compliance: responding to legal requests

- Usage logs: 90 days
- API request data: in receipt records

- All data transmitted over TLS/HTTPS
- API keys hashed at rest

8. Cookies
- Authentication token (session management)
- Preference cookies (dashboard view, theme)
- No third-party advertising or tracking cookies

FRI is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
